Our company has a strong tight relationship with all cruises port customs in Vietnam, email us your passport copy # two weeks before arrival. You will get the COMPLIMENTARY PICK UP SERVICE "INSIDE YOUR CRUISE" when booking this tour with us through our website: vietnam-shore-excursions.com (applied for group over 96 people only).

Cancellation Policy:

Any cancellation by you must be informed by email to info@vietnam-shore-excursions.com. We will acknowledge your cancellation by email.

If you cancel at least 30 DAYS in advance of the scheduled departure, there is no cancellation fee.

If you cancel between 8 DAYS TO 29 DAYS  in advance of the scheduled departure, there is a 50% cancellation fee.

If you cancel within one week ( 7 DAYS ) of the scheduled departure, there is a 100% cancellation fee.
Or if you are on a ship and it is unable to dock for whatever reason, we will refund the amount 100% to you by PAYPAL.

For cancellation due to any other reasons (such as war, civil insurrection, strikes, volcanoes, extreme weather, earthquake or natural disaster…) that makes it dangerous or impossible to safely undertake the tour. We will refund the amount 100% to you by PAYPAL.
